Becoming a tenant

  • View or choose your room.

  • Provide a holding deposit to confirm your room.

  • Meet with us to fill out your Information Sheet, Shared Accommodation Agreement and read and agree to the House Rules.

  • Note that we require a photocopy of your Australian Drivers License or International Passport or another form of photo identification plus a copy of your ID or letter of offer.

  • Pay your security deposit, which is equal to four weeks rent. This is not rent but a deposit that is held in trust until the end of your tenancy*.

  • Pay your key deposit of $50 (refundable on return of your key).

  • Pay two weeks rent in advance.

  • Organise your regular rent transfer via a direct bank transfer to our rental account. Rent is paid fortnightly.  We will provide a rent schedule to maintain regular payments. 

  • Move in and ENJOY!

If our accommodation suits your style the next step is to contact us via our contact form. If you are able we will arrange a time for you to view rooms that are available and personally answer any questions you have about being a tenant.
If you are an international student it is possible to secure a room by contacting us and providing a holding deposit*. *Conditions apply.
